Milled cove moldings

On the left is the original molding made of rot resistant cypress pine. Next to that is a replacement molding I milled to match from clear cedar. Next to that is todays standard store bought molding in eastern white pine. Notice the height is smaller. Not only does pine rot (like the last molding on the right) is also molds unlike cedar.

Milled with a table saw molding head cutter

One board gives 96' feet of molding!

A quick sand with 40 grit paper allows for superior adhesion

Getting rid of the saw blade marks

And nothing adheres better and protects better against moisture than Geocel's brushable clear liquid rubber - and of course its paintable!
